ABOUT ZUZANNA
Get to Know Me!
Welcome! Here are a few things about me that you may be wondering; I am 24. I am a daughter, sister, wife, and a mom two wonderful girls. I graduated with my baking and pastry certificate in May 2021, will continue my degree programs for cooking and baking diplomas and eventually, will finish school to get a degree in culinary arts. I hope to open my own store front with my best friend. Who is currently off in New York and will be abroad so he will bring in many collabs. He has been a huge influence on my cooking and forces me to get out of my comfort zone, with him, we plan to have a fusion menu, a store front or just being able to work together and sell our culture foods from a farm home style joint. My love for the kitchen began when I was growing up in Poland. When I was a little girl, I helped my grandma in the kitchen coooking. We made lots of Polish food: pierogis, golobki, sausages, potatoe sausage/pancakes, nalesniki(polish crepes) plus many many more. Now with my aunt ( moms sister) we'd make all the baked goods, from cakes to cookies, to special desserts. Because of this, I have always loved both the culinary and baking aspects, I hope to learn different tastes of the world so I can infuse the foods with all different spices and flavors. Currently I am not in the industry, but I plan to start selling baked goods. Check out my posts for delicious polish comfort foods, to "my home" comfort foods, to breads, and sweet goodies, whatever is on the menu tonight you are sure to find something for that tooth!
